1. Lay out beef onto baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and breadcrumbs. Tightly roll and secure with twine.
2. Place stock pot over medium heat. Add olive oil and halved garlic cloves. Once the garlic cloves begin to shimmy, add the beef rolls, turning until evenly brown, about 6 minutes.
3. Pour off excess oil from pot. Add 1 jar of Rao’s Homemade® Marinara Sauce. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 1 hour or until beef is tender.
4. Remove from stove and transfer to a large serving bowl or plate individually. Garnish with chopped basil.
